SIREN

Safety & Incident Response for building Emergency Networks

Project description

SIREN project is a transformative endeavor that focuses on enhancing disaster management and humanitarian aid logistics for fire, flood, and earthquake scenarios. This project seamlessly integrates Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and offers a multifaceted approach, including an advanced Disaster Management and Decision Support System. This system encompasses case coordination, workforce, and equipment management, needs and resource mapping, volunteer organization, recycling of donated goods, emergency support warehouses, inventory management, and targeted response to the most isolated populations. Furthermore, it includes AI support capabilities for data analysis, interpretation, and natural language understanding for critical event information extraction. Additionally, the project incorporates a robust communication network support system, providing expanded emergency connectivity coverage and quality of service assurance to disaster effected area. The holistic nature of this project, with its integration of geographical insights, advanced AI capabilities, and a resilient communication network infrastructure, promises to revolutionize disaster response in acute phase. The primary objectives are to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of humanitarian aid operations, prioritize public health and safety, and ensure timely assistance for the most vulnerable populations during disaster situations. SIREN project will serve as a comprehensive solution to address the complex challenges posed by various disasters and strengthens the capabilities of responders and relief organizations.
