| ITEA 4 Letter of Intent (LoI) |
Each partner in the project consortium must submit a Letter of Intent (LoI) Letters must be either:

| Full Project Proposal stage | FPP Annex template | All ITEA Call 2023 proposals invited for FPP will receive a personalised editable template from the ITEA Office. |
| ITEA 3 Declaration of Acceptance |
Each partner in an ITEA project has to acknowledge the Rules & Regulations as laid down in the ITEA Frame Agreement as being applicable to their project(s) by signing a Declaration of Acceptance (DoA). The ITEA label will only become valid after the DoA has been signed A DoA must be either:
