Demo Recommend4U: an AI supported demand management tool for footwear e-commerce

To address the high demand for online service support, ITEA project OMD is working on a software framework in which AI models optimise service provider operations. In its e-commerce use case, Portuguese partner FTP Porto along with ISEP develops Recommend4U, an AI-supported demand management tool for footwear e-commerce. A chatbot can recommend the most suitable products to customers according to their search. The system stores and manages all information, updating product data and model visualisation in real time, making the interaction simpler and intuitive. Real-time 3D models and materials are displayed, making it possible to customise the product and view it from any angle, where the recommendation system started to be integrated in the WebGL configuration platform.
