AISSI Platform Interface Specification

We have defined an OpenAPI specification to standardize the communication between AI agents and simulation environments. The specification includes data schemas for the semiconductor domain and API calls necessary for training of a Monte Carlo Tree Search algorithm.

The specification is defined in the OpenAPI standard and can be used to automatically generate server and client code for modules to communicate with each other.

The OpenAPI definition allows to automatically generate code in many different programming languages, which can be compiled or used on different operational systems.
