Data preprocessing pipeline for binary data

The data preprocessing pipeline for binary data is part of AIToC's PAIPline platform for creating behavior models from real-world generated data. The data preprocessing pipeline processes binary data that has been measured at production resource components and represents the states of the production resources. The preprocessing includes data cleaning, integration, reduction, and transformation of the measured binary data.

Modules with the following functionalities are included:

1. Data marketplace importer: Imports binary time series data which was measured at the production resources and stored at the AIToC data marketplace.
2. Data CSV reader: Reads binary time series data which was measured at the production resources from a CSV-file.
3. Data change detector: Converts the timestamps and detects change events.
4. Data processing: Cleans the binary time series data, enriches data based on an ontology for the production system in use, and identifies changes of the production resource components.
5. Data batch generator: Generates batches of data for each production resource component in preparation for subsequent processing.

Needs a running instance of the PAIPline platform.
