Simpack GmbH

SIMPACK GmbH (former INTEC GmbH) has been founded in 1993 as a spin-off company of the German Aerospace Centre & DLR. Today SIMPACK, counting more than 60 staff members worldwide, is developing the multi-body simulation code SIMPACK and offers engineering and consultancy services with locations in Germany, United Kingdom, France, Japan and the US. SIMPACK is being applied by more than 100 companies in the automotive, machinery and railway industry as well as in areas like drive train and wind turbine energy. Recently the German Association of Drive Industry, consisting of more than 160 members, selected SIMPACK to be their basic multi-body simulation platform for the future. Well connected with the academic community, SIMPACK is closely working together with universities and research institutions throughout the world in terms of joint diploma, master thesis and PhD projects.
