ITEA Office once again successfully passed the annual ISO 9001 audit
On 11 January 2022, ITEA Office successfully passed the annual ISO 9001 audit performed by DEKRA, one of the largest testing and certification institutions in the world.
During the audit it was noted that ITEA’s processes are very well controlled through its website and customer-oriented culture. Stakeholders show a high degree of satisfaction and input from surveys is used structurally to improve processes and results. Actions are planned, monitored and adjusted if necessary. No non-compliances towards the ISO 9001 standard were found.
The high degree of stakeholder satisfaction is reflected in the 4.3 on a 5-point scale (4 = very good, 5 = excellent) that the ITEA Community rated the ITEA Office support in 2022. This score is based on 344 replies collected from seven different surveys (e.g. after events, after PO and FPP submissions, during project start-up and funding phase, and after project completion).
ITEA Office is always committed to keep up the good work and we are open to all suggestions for improvement, so please feel free to share your ideas with us via info@itea4.org!
