| ITEA 4 Letter of Intent (LoI) |

| ITEA 3 Declaration of Acceptance |
Each partner in an ITEA project has to acknowledge the Rules & Regulations as laid down in the ITEA Frame Agreement as being applicable to their project(s) by signing a Declaration of Acceptance (DoA). The ITEA label will only become valid after the DoA has been signed A DoA must be either:
