HOMEPOT

Homogenous Cyber Management of End-Points and OT

Project description

While manufacturers push for homogeneity to decrease costs and complexity, differentiation on the needs forces heterogeneity to answer the complex needs of the consumers and/or market. The HOMEPOT project is dedicated to simplifying the management of a wide array of Operational Technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. In today's tech landscape, where each device comes with unique software and hardware, staying in control is increasingly challenging. We aim to develop a single, secure platform that makes managing these diverse devices a breeze. Management of a wide array of heterogeneous devices is going to open the gates of a new evolution stream, in one branch we will retrieve predictive data through monitoring running systems, and in another stream it will direct us to create value-added services such as AI-based firewall, autonomous VPN, digital inventory manager. The first branch will bring autonomy and take us beyond of technological state of the art, and the second branch will create upsells to take us beyond the market state of the art. We recognize the vital role of endpoint management, ensuring that each device is seamlessly integrated securely and efficiently. To address these challenges, we're collaborating with experts from around the globe, including Belgium, Czechia, Finland, Korea, Portugal, Spain, UK and Türkiye. Our ultimate goal is to simplify the management of OT and IoT devices, enhancing both security and ease of use. As HOMEPOT project team, we will build a new one-point platform for device management in an efficient experience and exploit in the OT/IoT device market.
