Electronic Media Services Ltd develops 5G SD-WAN and Edge AI Computing appliances. Our OptiBond® SD-WAN software combines multiple WAN connections to provide secure reliable broadband at remote or temporary locations or for mobile applications. Our OptiEdge.AI™ platform provides ultra-low latency for smart city applications. It provides real-time actionable insights, especially where the data connection from the edge to the cloud is slow or unreliable.

Our solutions are used in the construction, transport and logistics, and retail sectors and also by local government and emergency services. Customers include CRH Tarmac, DHL, Locus Robotics, Warwickshire Council and Humberside Police.

We are the lead partner for two consortiums that have received innovateUK (UK’s innovation agency) funding for a £1.5M project into AI and edge computing. The consortium included Loughborough University (edge computing), NCC Group (cybersecurity) and the National Physical Laboratory (UK's National Metrology Institute).
