SoSEng
System of Systems Engineering and Control with LLM-based Agent Networks
Project description
SoSEng advances the engineering and control of complex, interconnected systems through LLM-based agent networks to shorten innovation cycles in manufacturing and logistics. Traditional automation systems are extended with intelligent agents capable of autonomously executing sub-tasks or providing advisory support in managing complex environments. Agents access production resources through a structured protocol, while critical decisions remain subject to human authorisation and clear role-based permissions. Demonstrators in intra-logistics, robotised production cells and maritime logistics will validate this flexible, dynamically reconfigurable approach.
