Edafmis
Embedded Decision and Data Fusion for Medical Intervention Support
Project description
The ITEA EDAFMIS project aims to introduce a new generation of medicalintervention support systems that
manage all the imaging, diagnosis, intervention planning and in-theatre support needed to ensure a successful outcome. The system will provide a minimal-intervention cockpit that supports automation and navigation for operating theatres. The user interface will support interaction both with systems incorporating medical know-how and systems acquiring and processing patient data.
