SPASH develops an intelligent system to enhance visibility and control across the supply chain by providing real-time information on package contents, route, and status from production to consumer delivery. By integrating advanced sensing and communication technologies, SPASH strengthens product safety and traceability while promoting sustainability throughout logistics operations. The project implements a smart, secure, and autonomous logistics ecosystem that leverages cutting-edge technologies in IoT, agentic AI, cybersecurity, and Digital Product Passports (DPPs). By this way, it transforms traditional packaging into a cyber-physical system (CPS) capable of sensing, communicating, and acting autonomously.
