CSAMGuard+
AI-Driven Enhancement of Online Safety: Protecting Children by Disrupting CSAM Links
Project description
CSAMGuard+ is an AI-powered project that aims to enhance online safety for children by combating Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) across different digital environments. The project is driven by the rapid proliferation of CSAM on social media, messaging apps, and cloud storage, coupled with the limitations of traditional detection methods in tackling the evolving tactics used by offenders in encrypted or private digital spaces.
The project's primary goal is to develop an innovative, privacy-compliant solution for real-time detection and prevention of CSAM. This involves leveraging advanced AI techniques, such as content and metadata analysis, sentiment analysis, and biometric image recognition, to ensure the timely identification and flagging of CSAM content for appropriate action. By integrating these technologies and adhering to global child protection regulations, CSAMGuard+ aims to create a safer digital environment for children while respecting user privacy.
