SCENTINEL uses AI-driven predictive analytics and multi-source spatial data to shift from reactive to preventive operations. IoT sensor streams feed a GIS-based digital twin of sewer networks, where advanced models deliver real-time risk assessment and decision support for utilities and municipalities.
