MIRAI-MDT strengthens oncology decision-making by embedding explainable AI into multidisciplinary team workflows. Addressing fragmented data flows and rising diagnostic workloads, it delivers a secure, interoperable platform that structures and supports validation of clinical information across radiology, pathology, and other clinical systems. A multilingual clinical language model converts free-text reports into standardised data, while a video-based ultrasound AI engine supports real-time lesion assessment. Privacy-preserving federated learning enables collaboration across hospitals without sharing patient data. MIRAI-MDT will improve diagnostic consistency and reduces clinician workload.
