Project idea pitch sessions
Thursday 5 September 2024 - 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00 CEST | Online
We recommend all project idea proposers to give a 4-minute (max) presentation, during two Online Project idea pitch sessions that will be organised on Thursday 5 September 2024, from 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00 CEST. This session will be organised in the week before the event, in order to enable you to learn about the projects upfront and optimise your time at the physical events for fruitful discussions and consortia building.
If you would like to present your project idea in this online session, please take the following steps:
- Upload your idea in the online Project idea tool for ITEA Call 2024 and indicate that you wish to present it in the online pitch session of 6 September
- Download and fill in the project idea presentation template
- Maximum number of slides: 4 (see template)
- Maximum duration of presentation: 4 minutes
- Send your PowerPoint presentation in .pptx format (not in PDF!) to communications@itea4.org latest by Monday 2 September.
NOTE: These pitches are only meant for presenting project ideas, not for company presentations, neither for presenting competences. Please make sure to adhere to the provided template.
