General aim.
Our consortium proposes the use of innovative digital health technologies to transform After-Hours Urgent Primary Care services delivery, to achieve a comprehensive just-in-time, just-for-patients, just-incase digital health pathway. In other words, We aim at contributing to more equitable access to personalised high-quality after-hours services through digital health systems that offer the right care at the right time.
Specific aims.
To further develop, scale-up and commercialize in different health system settings an integrated digital After-Hours Urgent Primary Care system with the following characteristics: - integrated and innovative, achieved through the incorporation of cutting-edge digital health software innovations and data capturing devices to address healthcare needs, - evidence-based and validated to improve clinical care patient experience and outcomes, healthcare workers' experience, and cost optimization,
- flexible as to be adapted to different healthcare settings, and with advanced predictive data analytics functionalities, based on techniques such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, to improve health system effectiveness.
