VigilMesh: fleet monitoring and situational awareness for factory AMRs

Autonomous forklifts and mobile robots in factories and logistics sites generate large volumes of telemetry, but operators usually see it vehicle by vehicle, with no fleet-wide view and no way to verify that recorded operational data has not been altered. VigilMesh is a web-based platform that collects vehicle telemetry, cleans and enriches it at the source, and presents fleet-scale monitoring, operation history and fleet health (PHM) views to operators in one interface.

Its distinguishing feature is a built-in data trust layer: operational records are stored securely in a tamper-evident form, so that any later modification can be detected, and selected data can be shared with authorised third parties in a controlled way. VigilMesh was developed and validated in the Sa4CPS in-factory logistics use case.
