Our contribution to I&D initiatives comes mainly from our Consultancy and Innovation Area (100 people) and usually is related to this technologies: Intelligent Automation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence - weak) widespread integrated in enterprise business and managed externalisated process, GenAI, IDP (Intelligent Document Processing).

Only from our department, Consultancy and Innovation Area, we have delivered 13 R+D projects with public funding + other 7 without public funding, in 2013-2025 period.
