On 16 September, ITEA, the Eureka Cluster programme on software innovation, will open ITEA Call 2025 for project proposals during the ITEA Project Outline Preparation Days (ITEA PO Days), taking place in Estoril (Lisbon) from 16-18 September.

PO Days 2025: Kickstart your ITEA Project Outline and build your consortium
The ITEA PO Days are the ideal platform for launching your new RD&I project in the software innovation domain. Historically, over 70% of submitted Project Outlines submitted in an ITEA Call originate from this vibrant event. Face-to-face collaboration has consistently proven to be the most effective way to build strong projects and partnerships.
The ITEA PO Days 2025 will integrate best practices from previous editions, ensuring you get the most out of your participation and maximise your project’s potential!

The participation fee for the ITEA PO Days 2025 is 200 EUR (VAT excluded, non-refundable). This fee also enables you to visit the ITEA exhibition 'Highlights of the ITEA impact' and the sessions and workshop on 16 September. Don’t miss this valuable opportunity; spots are limited! Register now!

Project idea tool and Partner Search. It’s highly
recommended to start shaping your project ideas, reviewing others (after signing an NDA), and identifying
partners early to optimize your preparation before the Call opens on 16 September. This online tool set can
