ITEA PO Days 2025
16-18 September
Estoril (Lisbon) - Portugal
300+ potential project partners | presentations of innovative project ideas | dynamic workgroup sessions | constructive consortium building | best practices
We are excited to announce the ITEA Project Outline Preparation Days 2025 (ITEA PO Days) - the must-attend event that fosters project creation and consortium building for ITEA Call 2025. This year’s event will take place from 16 to 18 September 2025 at the Estoril Congress Centre in Portugal.
Building upon the success of previous years, including the 2024 PO Days in Antwerp, which saw over 320 participants from 19 countries and a record-breaking 92 project ideas, the 2025 edition promises to offer the best opportunities for networking, consortium building and the shaping of your project proposal. Like last year, the event will also feature a project exhibition, an award ceremony, B2B sessions, and a workshop for newcomers.
Why attend the ITEA PO Days 2025?
In short, the ITEA PO Days will enable participants to:
- Present your project idea(s) and/or learn about other project ideas
- Discuss and work on your project ideas in constructive working group sessions
- Connect with organisations and potential partners from all over Europe and beyond
- Meet Public Authorities to discuss your idea(s) and learn more about the specific funding rules in your country well in advance
- Get inspired by outstanding achievements at the ITEA Awards of Excellence 2025 ceremony
- See how the ITEA Office supports you throughout your project’s lifecycle
- And explore the successes of the ITEA projects at the exhibition 'Highlights of the ITEA impact'
