New modules for Sirris's Starter Kits on AI

New Starter Kits are being prepared on the topics of data compression and predictive control, based on the results of the project. Starter Kits provide self-contained collections of autodidactic material, showcasing a proof-of-concept solution using public datasets, and illustrating how AI and ML methods could be used and how they should be combined to tackle a wide variety of common industrial problems.
