Existing systems to run cohort-level queries for observational studies often require multiple queries across multiple clinical tables, resulting in lengthy processing times (several minutes) depending on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. In contrast, our platform features a user-friendly interface that allows users to define query criteria and execute searches in just a few seconds—or even sub-second in some cases—transforming it into a real-time clinical query platform.

This system can integrate with any clinical database mapped to the OMOP Common Data Model (CDM), enabling hospitals and clinical centers to perform real-time cohort analyses.

- Conditions for reuse
Due to patient privacy constraints, the HEKDisco platform is not publicly available. Users must contact Mantis Software Company to obtain the client package for installation on their servers, allowing access to their CDM databases.
