Create patient pathway to support femur shaft fracture treatment

We developed a patient-care-pathway with patient information as well as PROM/PREM to support the treatment of femur shaft fracture. We detailed and include new pain locator for foot injuries We adapted the pathways and added further patient information and replaced existing PROM with shorter versions. At the end this pathway can be used also in similar organizations and contexts especially for rehabilitation programmes.

Pathways with all included patient information, PROM/PREM and assessments for HCP can be exported as .care file from one myoncare instance (as used with OFFIS) and be imported to other instances for other project partner and costumers.

To use this pathway partners / costumers need to work with the licensed myoncare platform.
