PAIPline Platform UI

The UI provides a convenient way to configure the pipeline as a whole, get and set parameters of the processing modules, and manage the execution of the data processing pipeline. It also provides functionality for saving configured pipelines for later use. Additionally, some functionality for data viewing and plotting is implemented. Currently, the UI is implemented as a standalone application using the imGui library( https://github.com/ocornut/imgui)
