Pitches & Posters
If you have a (draft) project idea, there are two opportunities to present and promote it:
- via a 4-minute pitch presentation during one of the two online Project idea pitch sessions and
- as a poster during the Project idea poster session at the ITEA PO Days 2026 event
We strongly recommend taking advantage of both for maximum visibility, as they each provide unique opportunities.
Event dates
15-17 September 2026
Project idea pitch
Give a 4-minute idea pitch, during one of the two online Project idea pitch sessions that will be organised on Thursday 10 September 2026, 10:00-12:00 CEST and 15:00-17:00 CEST.
These sessions will be organised in the week before the event, to enable participants to learn about the projects upfront and optimise the time at the physical event for fruitful discussions and consortia building.
Project idea poster
Present your project idea during the Project idea poster session on Wednesday 16 September, 10:45-13:00 GMT+3 at the ITEA PO Days event in Istanbul.
During this session, project idea proposers can present their project idea in an interactive marketplace and start fruitful discussions with the PO Days participants about possible collaborations.
Project idea pitch
Each project idea leader is invited to present their project idea in a 4-minute pitch during one of the two online Project idea pitch sessions.
In due time, the pitch schedule for each session will be published at Project idea pitch page.
Steps for pitching a project idea in the online session
- Upload your idea in the Project idea tool for ITEA Call 2026 and indicate that you wish to present it in an online pitch session.
- Download

- Maximum number of slides: 4 (see template)
- Maximum duration of presentation: 4 minutes
- Send your PowerPoint presentation in .pptx format (not in PDF!) to communications@itea4.org at latest by Monday 7 September.
NOTE: These pitches are only meant for presenting project ideas, not for company presentations, neither for presenting competences. Please make sure to adhere to the provided template.

Project idea poster
The ITEA Office will produce a printed poster for each project idea leader, that has uploaded an idea in the Project idea tool for ITEA Call 2026 and who wishes to participate in the on-site Project idea poster session.
Steps for presenting a project idea at the on-site poster session
- Upload your project idea in the Project idea tool for ITEA Call 2026 and indicate that you wish to present it in the Project idea poster session.
- Based on the information in the tool, the ITEA Office will produce a draft of the poster, which will be sent to you for feedback/approval.
- After approval, the ITEA Office will print the poster and bring it to the PO Days event in Istanbul.
- Upload your poster at latest by 27 August 2026. For project ideas uploaded after this deadline, the associated posters for the on-site Project idea poster session must be produced and printed by the proposers themselves, using the official poster templates that will then be provided.
