Pitches & Posters

For those with a (draft) project idea, two opportunities were offered to present and promote it:

  • via a 4-minute pitch presentation during one of the two online Project idea pitch sessions
    • and
  • as a poster during the Project idea poster session at the ITEA PO Days 2026 event

Project idea pitch

During the two online Project idea pitch sessions that were organised on Thursday 10 September 2026, 69 project idea pitches were presented. The presented slides and the recordings can now be found at the Project idea pitch page.
These sessions will be organised in the week before the event, to enable participants to learn about the projects upfront and optimise the time at the physical event for fruitful discussions and consortia building.

Project idea poster

Present your project idea during the Project idea poster session on Wednesday 16 September, 10:45-13:00 GMT+3 at the ITEA PO Days event in Istanbul.

During this session, project idea proposers can present their project idea in an interactive marketplace and start fruitful discussions with the PO Days participants about possible collaborations.

Project idea poster

On Wednesday 16 September from 10:45 until 13:00 CEST a poster session is scheduled at the ITEA PO Days event in Istanbul. During this session, project idea proposers can present (their first draft of) their project idea to the ITEA PO Days participants.

The deadline for the production of the project idea poster by the ITEA Office has passed (27 August), but it is still possible to submit your project ideas for the upcoming ITEA Call in the Project idea tool for ITEA Call 2026. The posters for the project ideas uploaded after this deadline (from project idea A7, B7, C20, D5, E22, F2, G13 and H13 on) that will be presented during the poster session at the PO Days, will have to be produced and printed by the project idea leaders themselves, based on these Project idea poster templates. Each challenge has its own template. Keep in mind that the poster format is A1. To ensure a panel to put up your poster, make sure your project idea is uploaded in the project idea tool. Poster panels are subject to availability.
