Registration
Participation in the ITEA PO Preparation Days 2026 is open to all with an interest in ITEA Call 2026. The participation fee for the ITEA PO Days 2026 is 200 EUR (VAT out of scope, fee non-refundable*). This will also enable you to visit the ITEA Project exhibition, the ITEA Awards of Excellence ceremony, the B2B session and the Newcomers' workshop in the afternoon of 15 September.

Your registration entitles you to
- Access all ITEA (pre-)PO Days 2026 sessions, online as well as onsite
- Receive all project idea-related information
- Receive event documentation
- Enjoy lunches and refreshments during breaks
Non-Disclosure Agreement required
Your registration for the ITEA PO Days 2026 is not complete before we have received and processed your signed Non-Disclosure Agreement. For your convenience you can download AND upload your personal NDA here.

* In case the event is cancelled due to force majeure, costs will be refunded.
To preserve the international character of the ITEA Project Outline Preparation Days, a maximum number of participants is allocated to each country.
The maximum number of registrations from Türkiye has now been reached, and we currently have 60 people on the waiting list. If you are based in Türkiye, we unfortunately have to inform you that there is little benefit in joining the waiting list at this stage, as the likelihood of a place becoming available is now extremely low.
