Y4 Works Oy is a Finnish SME specializing in AI‑driven business development and strategic consulting. Founded in 2019, we have grown into a ~50‑person multi‑disciplinary team with several offices across Finland, combining strategy, data, software, and change management expertise. We have worked with more than 10,000 client companies, especially SMEs and public business and employment services, helping them translate complex change into concrete, measurable results.

We are the company behind Suunta.ai, an AI‑powered strategic planning and execution platform that uses large language models in production to support continuous, data‑driven strategy work across organizations with very different digital maturities. This gives us hands‑on experience in designing trustworthy, human-centered AI services: prompt and guardrail design, integration of multimodal business data, user onboarding and capability building, and impact measurement.

In projects like CLEAR, Y4 Works contributes as a domain and adoption partner focused on SMEs and public organizations: defining and validating business‑driven use cases, co‑designing user‑centric interfaces and workflows, running pilots in real customer environments, assessing user trust and organizational impact, and preparing exploitation paths such as service concepts, training programs, and go‑to‑market models for the project’s results.
