Founded in 1967, SPM aims to extract, transform and commercialise granite from various quarries belonging to the company and located in the northern region of Portugal.
Over the years, SPM has gained a position in the market through a strong internationalisation of its products, the result of a more direct intervention in foreign markets, thus becoming one of the largest granite exporters to Central and European countries. From north. In fact, over the years, more than 80% of the transactions carried out were directed to the external market, with the community market representing more than 65% of total sales (Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Sweden, Netherlands) and the others markets around 15% (Norway, Switzerland). Taking advantage of the practical know-how and the experience accumulated in working granite, SPM offers its customers the guarantee of the quality of its products and services. The NP EN ISO 9001:2015 certification has increased the recognition of a highly efficient service, resulting in customer satisfaction.
