University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer
The University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer is located in the north-northwest of Germany. It has about 600 professors and employees, more than 36 study programs and about 4.500 students. A major focus is on research and transfer in cooperation with local industries, in the areas of automotive (VW, Emden; etc.), shipbuilding (Meyer Werft, Papenburg; etc.), aircraft construction (Premium Aerotec, Varel and Nordenham; etc.) and regenerative energies (Enercon, Aurich; etc.).
