HepsiJET operates a Research and Development (R&D) Center that was granted official recognition by the Ministry of Technology in Turkiye as of October 2018. The R&D Center, located on-site in Sancaktepe, Istanbul, Turkiye, remains actively engaged in research and development efforts.

The R&D Center of the organisation undertakes projects aimed at optimizing logistics routes, developing products supported by artificial intelligence and mobile technologies, implementing dynamic and flexible reporting modules, and leveraging automation technologies. The Center also focuses on researching and developing concepts and technologies that support smart logistics. The projects are designed to have rich and varied content, and are developed with the aid of esteemed academics from universities. In addition, the Center employs various technologies that are protected by patent applications, and scientific publications are utilised to disseminate information.
