Setur was founded in 1964 by Koç Holding. Duty-Free has started its operations with the service later in the field of tourism with the success achieved by taking all kinds of activities within the worldwide first and has become one of the leading tourism companies in Turkey. Domestic and international tour operators, flight ticket sales, congress and event organizations, and local services are the framework of Setur's services in the field of tourism.

Setur carried the importance it attaches to digitalization and innovation one step further and launched its R&D center in 2018.
