25 years of ITEA

2023 marks the 25 years of ITEA, the Eureka RD&I programme fostering software innovation and digital transition through funded collaborative projects. Over this period, the ITEA Community has grown to over 2000 unique project partners from large industry, SMEs, universities and research institutes in 37 countries worldwide, creating huge impact and changing businesses and lives.

To celebrate this 25th anniversary, ITEA has organised a variety of activities throughout the year. You will be able to find an overview of these activities.

Participating in an ITEA project often not only results in creating impact, but also making new long-lasting partnerships and friends along the way. In this festive year, we celebrated this strong and unique collaboration by putting some of the best of these shared moments in an inspiring video.

25 years of ITEA Roadshow

Another important element was the '25 years of ITEA Roadshow'. For this Roadshow, several sessions were organised in collaboration with the national funding agencies in countries supporting ITEA. These sessions provided newcomers the possibility to gain more information about ITEA, the funding opportunties in their country and to learn from experienced partners how they benefitted from their participation in ITEA. Furthermore, participants had the opportunity to pitch a project idea in the software innovation domain and present their expertise to possible future partners.
