ITEA PO Preparation Days 2024, 10-12 September
If you have a (draft) project idea, there are several possibilities to present and promote this at ITEA PO Days 2024 event:
- via a 4-minute pitch presentation during one of the two Online Project idea pitch sessions of Thursday 5 September 2024, 10:00-12:00 CEST and 13:00-15:00 CEST, and / or
- as a poster during the Poster session of Wednesday 11 September from 10:45 - 13:00 CEST.
Project idea pitch
We recommend all project idea proposers to give a 4-minute (max) presentation, during one of the two Online Project idea pitch sessions that will be organised on Thursday 5 September 2024, 10:00-12:00 CEST and 13:00-15:00 CEST. These sessions will be organised in the week before the event, in order to enable you to learn about the projects upfront and optimise your time at the physical event for fruitful discussions and consortia building.
If you would like to present your project idea in one of these online sessions, please take the following steps:
- Upload your idea in the online Project idea tool for ITEA Call 2024 and indicate that you wish to present it in an online pitch session
- Download and fill in the project idea presentation template
- Maximum number of slides: 4 (see template)
- Maximum duration of presentation: 4 minutes
- Send your PowerPoint presentation in .pptx format (not in PDF!) to communications@itea4.org latest by Monday 2 September.
NOTE: These pitches are only meant for presenting project ideas, not for company presentations, neither for presenting competences. Please make sure to adhere to the provided template.

Project idea poster
On Wednesday 11 September from 10:45 until 13:00 CEST a physical poster session is scheduled. During this session, project idea proposers can present their (first draft of their) project idea to the PO Days participants.
The ITEA Office will produce a printed poster for each project idea that is uploaded in the Project idea tool for ITEA Call 2024 before 23 August 2024. The posters for the project ideas uploaded after this deadline that will be presented during the poster session at the PO Days, will have to be produced and printed by the project idea proposers themselves, based on Project idea poster templates that will then be provided.
