ITEA successfully passes the ISO 9001 recertification audit

We are proud to announce that ITEA has again successfully passed the recertification ISO 9001:2015 audit performed by DEKRA, one of the largest testing and certification institutions in the world.

The audit confirmed that the quality management system remains effective, with no changes needed to the audit programme. Strong management involvement and well-controlled processes were noted as particular strengths.

ISO 9001:2015 helps us set clear objectives, track performance through KPIs, and continuously improve how we work. Most importantly, it ensures the ITEA Programme is run in a structured and transparent way to deliver real value to the ITEA Community.

Certified since 2014

Since 2014, the ITEA Office has an ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System in place to ensure adaptability to the upcoming changes in industry and in the innovation landscape. As of 1 April 2017, the Quality Management System of ITEA Office meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This certificate (by DEKRA) was renewed in 2020, 2023, and recently in 2026. The certificate is now valid until 1 April 2029. Each year an intermediate audit is executed to keep track of the developments.
