Turkish, French, Korean project wins the “Most Innovative and Commercially Viable Project” award at KED 2013
Project Reconsurve, a reconfigurable maritime surveillance system that works across platforms and interfaces has been awarded a top prize at the Korea Eureka Day 2013 event.
The Reconsurve project aims to markedly improve maritime security and surveillance by developing an open, interoperable maritime surveillance framework. GMT Cybernetics, a Korean company specializing in AIS and surveillance systems, is part of the project consortium that includes some of Europe’s leading maritime engineering and systems companies, including Thales and Aselsan.
