ReLink is a web-based tool enhancing traceability in software development by predicting and visualizing links between pull requests and issues. It uses text similarity and heuristics to score link strength from 0 to 100. Evaluated in an open-source project and an industry case study, ReLink achieved high accuracy and precision, confirming its practicality and effectiveness in real-world applications.
