- Description
Remecare finalized a data integration module that enables its remote patient monitoring platform to gather and exchange data from smart nutrition home-based monitoring devices using uniform international standards. This data integration module based on multiple standards also sends summary reports to the electronic health record systems of the hospitals, in such a way that specialists – who refer patients to the customers of Remecare offering nutritional carepath services – can consult the evolution of a relevant set of nutrition parameters in their own electronic system.
