Organisational barometer

An application that can visualise self-reports and AI data analysis results, to monitor stress and stressors of organisational units. This allows to assess organisational status more frequently and with less efforts for the employees than current organisational surveys allow, and it also visualises important stressors. It can allow to monitor trends and to evaluate effects of organisational actions, for example, new wellbeing services or indoor environmental services. A Finnish company, making HR tools, got interested. A commercial version could be of more help to Mad@Work partners too.

Org. barometer is a web application. It utilises AI results, so it needs also backend to collect sensor data and to run AI algorithms.

Currently, AI methods run on Windows.
