AI-assisted sosmeta-compliant service need assessment in Saga EHR

An AI-assisted solution was developed to support child service need assessments (PTA) in social care. Relevant source documents marked as ready are automatically collected, summarized, and structured into Sosmeta-compliant draft documents integrated with the Saga EHR. Following earlier demonstrations and validation activities, the solution was taken into operational use in a Finnish wellbeing services county in 05/2026.

The solution is currently designed for Finnish social care workflows and Sosmeta-compatible documentation structures.

The solution is developed and maintained by Mediconsult Oy as part of the Saga EHR ecosystem.
