AI Assisted Data Extraction

Smart Evidence Extraction (SEE) generates AI Answer Suggestions for data collection forms, and highlights text in PDFs to supply Evidence for the suggestions. The first commercially released version (Jan 2025) was rolled out to select customers first and finally made broadly available in Q3 after monitoring, evaluation, feedback and additional development of the service.

AI Answer Suggestions for questions on data collection Forms. The AI conforms to all validations (numeric, checkbox, radio, etc.) and strong hallucination mitigation controls were implemented. Ability to Copy Suggestions to Forms including Copy All for bulk operations. Ability to toggle AI Allowed/Not Allowed on uploaded PDFs (copyright controls).

This capability is only available within the DistillerSR software and therefor requires a subscription. Originally scalability was a concern which mandated controlled and targeted roll-out. Since hardening, there are no longer integration constraints.

All existing DistillerSR subscribers. This technology will be broadly marketed and demonstrated as part of the normal DistillerSR customer demos during Sales cycles.
