Feature extraction on dwell time analysis

Televic Rail researched and developed a feature extraction library for reliable dwell time measurements and root cause analysis. This library enables accurate reporting to train operating companies on why trains have longer or shorter stops than scheduled. This gives them the tools to more intelligently schedule their trains, apply their rolling stock and invest in future rolling stock.
