Technical features

Autonomous Sprayer is a cutting-edge, fully electric agricultural vehicle designed for efficiency and sustainability in spraying operations. Powered by a 75 kW (100 HP) motor and an 800 V electrical architecture, the machine is engineered from the ground up for orchard and vineyard applications. Its unique transmission design separates the drive motor from the spraying system, allowing independent operation. This enables energy-efficient variable-rate spraying, optimizing power use for extended operation on a single charge.

The machine incorporates advanced electrostatic spraying technology, which minimizes chemical usage by charging spray particles with static electricity and directing them precisely onto target plants. This ensures homogeneity, reduces waste, and supports eco-friendly practices. Its battery system supports rapid charging, requiring only 1 hour with DC fast charging and 3.5 hours with standard AC charging, providing 4.5-5 hours of uninterrupted operation during spraying tasks.

To navigate and operate autonomously, the sprayer is equipped with state-of-the-art sensors, including LIDAR for obstacle detection, stereo cameras for plant identification, and collision sensors for enhanced safety. These systems enable precise navigation within predefined areas. The vehicle can be controlled remotely via a mobile application, which allows users to assign tasks, monitor performance, and manage operations in real time. With its innovative technical specifications, the Autonomous Sprayer Machine represents a leap forward in sustainable and precision agriculture.
