A computational framework for analysing advanced diffusion MRI data via state-of-the-art constrained estimation methods:

By enforcing the relevant mathematical constraints, the method provides improved robustness to noise and accurate estimates of the microstructure-sensitive parameters. This is accomplished even when the number of volumes is limited, thus shortening the data acquisition protocol, making the technique suitable for clinical studies.

Computer program implemented in Matlab.

The code requires the installation of Matlab and the CVX package.
