The tool is based primarily on the SonarQube open-source software, which is used as the primary mechanism of extracting software quality-related data from Team Eagle’s EIS project. The tool, working in conjunction with SonarQube, brings forth a completely automated end-to-end solution for acquiring static analysis software metrics and allows developers to leverage quality trend analysis methods in order to continually monitor and improve the software quality of their project over time.
