Eureka Global Innovation Summit 2025

Canada and Germany have been hosting the Co-Chairmanship of Eureka since July 2024. Under the inspiring motto 'Further Together', the Canadian-German Co-Chairmanship aims to strengthen global collaboration with valued partners while enhancing social and economic competitiveness and security. On 1 and 2 April 2025, the Canadian-German Eureka Co-Chair will welcome the Eureka network to the Global Innovation Summit (GIS) at Hannover Messe in Germany.

The GIS is an annual networking event that brings together SMEs, corporates, private investors and policymakers from all over the world. The summit serves as a platform for participants to network, collaborate and secure future international innovation and business growth opportunities. The GIS will be held alongside, and on the grounds of, the Hannover Messe industrial fair which takes place from 31 March - 3 April 2025.

The event will include country sessions, plenary keynotes and panels, with breakout programming on topics including Circular Value Creation, as well as continuous opportunities for B2B, pitch sessions and matchmaking for companies.

Over both days of the event, Eureka will be hosting an academy on Eureka's programmes with insightful inputs from programme experts and Eureka beneficiaries. More than 1,500 participants from Europe and beyond are expected to attend.
