4th ITEA Call for Proposals

ITEA (Information Technology for European Advancement), a Eureka Research & Development program for software in complex software-intensive systems, announces a new Call for Proposals for R&D projects. This 4th ITEA Call opens officially on March 1st, 2001. The closing date for submission of project outlines is May 1st, 2001.

ITEA will propose themes to focus the call to the priorities as defined in the ITEA Rainbow Book, the present status of technology, and the results of the first three calls for tenders. These themes will be announced at the official opening, March 1st.

A two-day Proposal Preparation Meeting with potential partners in new projects will be held in Munich, Germany, March 15th and 16th, 2001. The objective is to jointly define new projects and to confirm interests from delegates in participating in collaborative projects.
